Candidate Forum

The Association of South Jackson Neighborhoods hosted candidates on October 20, 2022, in South Jackson at 4243 Willowood Blvd, Peggy Calhoun Community  Center.  This event was an opportunity for members of the community to ask questions of candidates vying for Hinds County Chancery Court.  For one-hour candidates fielded questions by moderator Dr. Nonya C. Thrasher and the audience.  In attendance, were the following candidates: Tametrice Hodges, Damon Stevenson, and Gayla Carpenter Sanders the event was recorded and streamed live via Facebook.

 ASJN does not endorse candidates but wishes each candidate the best.  Following the forum, refreshments were served.
